Minute Details Even In Pitch Darkness.


Chaudhary Asif Nisar Gee, an artist, has introduced a unique colour-mixing technique to draw paintings that present their minute details even in pitch darkness.



Chaudhary Asif Nisar Gee, a fame artist from Sargodha, claimed this technique is none existent anywhere in the world. The passionate artist has a dream to promote this technique to boost the image of Pakistan. He wanted to set up a gallery with the name of Chaudhary   Asif Nisar Gee  Art Gallery, but his meagre resources didn’t allow him to flourish his art.



Chaudhary Asif Nisar Gee who visited ‘The News’ office is looking for the government help to realise his dream.  Chaudhary Asif Nisar Gee has made 26 different paintings including sceneries and portraits that speaks about his artistic skills. He said that paintings are his passion and he is doing this since his childhood. “I have a craze to do something new and for this I have done lots of experiments and after two and half years now I have become successful and have made my own formula of colours that glitter in the dark,” he said.



He said that his artwork is expensive as compared to others saying that around Rs16,000 to Rs17,000 cost a portrait or scenery of 1X1 foot and it took around 4 to 5 weeks time. He said that he was inspired with the great artist Gul Jee saying he was my spiritual teacher as well. “I meet him many a times and he was also very hopeful about my success, but now unfortunately he is not here to appreciate me.”



“My parents, especially my younger brother Chaudhary Hassan Nisar, is behind my success,” he added.  Chaudhary Asif Nisar Gee said that he has made 26 paintings including portraits and sceneries. “I have experienced that women take more interest in art and I have made many portraits of women and children,” he said.



“I have made the portrait of Mian Nawaz Sharif, but unfortunately I couldn’t even meet him to show this portrait to him owing to my limited contacts and security reasons,” he said. He said that he has also made the portrait of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and wanted to gift it to him. Currently he is making the portrait of Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister of Britain and sceneries of churches.

“I am ready to teach this art to my new generation, but I don’t have any academy and other resources to do so.” Chaudhary Asif Nisar Gee has urged the government and other influential people to support him in promoting his art that will boost the image of Pakistan across the world.
